Facility Details

CCHC was founded in 2001 as a small health clinic seeking to provide medical care to uninsured seniors in the greater Mecklenburg area. Since then, our organization has grown to provide medical, dental, and behavioral (counseling) services to community members of all ages. In May 2015, CCHC transitioned from a free clinic to a Community Health Center (CHC), enabling us to increase our footprint and begin serving patients with public and private health insurance.
