· Half of the sign on bonus is paid after 3 months of starting a position and the rest is paid after 6 months.

Additional Information: Responsibilities:
· Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with patients to address
substance use issues and related concerns.
· Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with
patients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
· Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups to address various aspects
of addiction and recovery.
· Assist patients in identifying and developing coping strategies to manage triggers
and cravings.
· Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in times of immediate need.
· Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Ideal candidates will possess:
· LMSW
· Experience working with underserved, and substance use populations preferred, but not required.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to establish rapport and build trust with patients.
· Compassionate and non-judgmental attitude.
· Bilingual Spanish/English
· Experience with EMR- EClinical works preferred
