Cassopolis Family Clinic Network (CFCN), is an independent, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing primary care and support services for the communities of Cass and southeast Berrien Counties, Michigan.

A Patient-Centered Medical Home, CFCN provides services for individuals who are uninsured, underinsured, covered by Medicare and Michigan Medicaid, along with most commercial insurances. CFCN began serving the community in 1964.  Today, the health center cares for nearly 13,000 patients annually between 3 locations in Cassopolis and Niles. Governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, CFCN remains committed to growing and changing to meet the needs of the residents of Cass and southeast Berrien Counties.
