Job Description

  • Hours: 4 day work week; 11-hour shifts 2 days and 9-hour shifts 2 days; Saturdays rotated 1:6 additional compensation provided; Clinic Hours: Monday - Thursday 8 am - 7 pm, Friday 8 am - 5 pm, Saturday 9 am - 1 pm

    Summary:
    - Provides primary and/or urgent health care to patients, following standards and practices.
    - Supervises and directs Non-Physician providers and staff.
    - Actively participates as a member of the Patient-Centered Medical Home Team.

    Qualifications:
    - Previous primary care experience is preferred; however, not required.
    - Michigan license
    - Unrestricted Federal and State Controlled Substance licenses.
    - BLS certification
    - ACLS recommended
