Job Description

Hours: Flexible 40 hour work week
Employed
Average patients seen: Total patient panel of 60
Compensation: $52,000 - $60,000 salary dependent on experience

Additional Information:
The Behavior Support Provider will
- Provide services for the individual in our program. The duties involve directly providing services to individuals with an intellectual development disorder (IDD) or related condition.
- Be responsible for knowing and following the pertinent rules and regulations in the Texas Administration Code for all waivers, as well as local and company policies.
- Work with individuals, treatment teams, and directors to write implement and monitor behavior support plans and guidelines for individuals who comply with HHSC guidelines and codes; systematically evaluate the efficacy of plans and revise or provide revisions as needed.
