Job Description

Hours: 8-5
Employed
Sign-On Bonus : $2,500
Compensation: *Hourly rate $23-$24/ per hour

Additional Information: *Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
*Rotate call once every 5 weeks
*Valid LVN and drivers license required
*2 years LVN experience
*Case Management for 40-45 patients
