Medical Affiliates of Cape Cod (MACC) is a multi-specialty group practice with over 55 clinicians. Practice settings include medical home, clinic setting and traditional practice. There are over 15 office locations throughout Cape Cod.
Our patient-centered, preventive medicine approach supports empowerment, education and advocacy for all in matters of health. We offer different models of primary care through the Medical Affiliates of Cape Cod (MACC), a division of primary and specialty care physicians from Cape Cod Healthcare, from group practices to solo practitioners. Your care team is led by your PCP and may include highly skilled physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses and support staff who coordinate optimal patient care, including referrals to the appropriate medical specialists, when necessary.
Cape Cod Healthcare’s specialists provide leading-edge treatments, using the latest in technology every day. Our expert physicians have the support and resources to give each patient personalized care, close to home. Our PCPs at MACC work collaboratively with Cape Cod Healthcare Hospitals, Emergency Centers and Urgent Care Centers to ensure patients have follow-up care after they leave these facilities.
