Sign-On Bonus : $15,000
Relocation Assistance Available
Compensation: Competitive compensation is provided. Salary is determined based on experience with a range of $100k-120k. Open and flexible to discussing comp requirements.
-Sign-on bonus also included, dependent on experience, up to $10,000
-Up to $15,000 in relocation costs

Additional Information: Employed primary care group with Cape Cod Healthcare is looking for exceptional, advanced practice providers to join their team. This multi-specialty group is comprised of Primary Care Physicians, NPs/PAs, along with other office-based specialists

Excellent mentorship and support staff, along with social workers and patient advocates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Flexible schedule ranging from 3-4 day work-week, 10 hour days. Open to discussion.
-Work within 1 of 5 villages along Cape Cod Bay

QUALIFICATIONS:
-1 year minimum of experience needed
-Licensed in the state of MA
