Hours: 40 hour work week, rotating weekends

Compensation: Competitive compensation is provided. Salary is determined based on experience with a range of $130k-$150k. Open and flexible to discussing comp requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-High value is placed on support and collaboration, with onsite psychiatrists available for supervision and consultation
-Ideal candidates must possess analytical skills and the ability to make sound clinical recommendations.
-Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
-Must exhibit good judgment and tact in dealing with patients, and families, and working with multidisciplinary teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Experience with a pediatric patient panel as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
-BE/BC
-New grads/H1-B visas supported
-Licensed in the state of MA
