Call Schedule: Phone call only, 1:20 weekends/weeknights. Bonuses/incentives provided

Compensation: Competitive compensation is provided. Salary is determined based on experience with a range of $250k-$300k. Open and flexible to discussing compensation requirements.

The employed primary care group with Cape Cod Healthcare is looking for exceptional primary care physicians to join their team. This multi-specialty group is comprised of Primary Care Physicians, NPs/PAs, along with other office-based specialists

Excellent mentorship and support staff, along with social workers and patient advocates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Flexible schedule ranging from 3-4 day work-week, 10 hour days. Open to discussion.
-Work within 1 of 5 villages along Cape Cod Bay

QUALIFICATIONS:
