• Compensation: Salary for a Medical Director is between $290k and $310k.

  Primary Responsibilities
  - Clinical Care: Provide top-tier outpatient medical care to a dedicated patient panel.
  - Patient Volume: Manage an average volume of 15 to 18 patients per day.
  - Team Leadership & Collaboration: Supervise and work alongside an interdisciplinary support team, including a Practice Manager, Registered Nurses (RNs), and Medical Assistants (MAs).
  - Mission Alignment: Support and promote public health initiatives focusing on HIV prevention, treatment, and advocacy.
  
  
  Qualifications:
  - Unrestricted FL License in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Infectious Disease
  - Board Certified or Board Eligible
  - Open to J-1 and H-1B visa holders.
