Hours: Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm

Compensation: - $140,000 - $162,000 based on experience

DETAILS:
- Responsible for providing complete clinical care for patients of all ages using a patient-centered medical home
- May function on a rotating basis as the provider on-call during after-hours
- Candidates with experience treating individuals with Developmental Disabilities encouraged to apply
- Work as part of a team of providers each shift to provide high-quality care to each patient
- EMR = Greenway Health
- 2+ years of primary care experience as an NP required
