• Additional Information: Duties include performing exams, evaluations, diagnoses, treatment, follow-ups, and patient education in accordance with BACH policies. Provides preventive care guidance, addresses health promotion needs, and coordinates referrals for specialty services, labs, and tests. Maintains accurate, confidential medical records documenting all care and outcomes per regulatory standards. Demonstrates strong customer service aligned with BACH's GUEST model and supports staff performance by identifying training needs. Collaborates with medical staff for consultation and referrals and maintains a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Participates in program planning, policy development, quality assurance, peer review, and ongoing training.
  
  Qualifications: CA license; BE/BC in Family Practice (BC within 2 years if BE); 1+ year experience; DEA; BLS (ACLS); Spanish bilingual preferred.
