    DETAILS:
    The Social Worker coordinates social services to assist patients and their families in maintaining or improving their physical, mental, and psychosocial needs.
    -Provides direct social work assessments, problem identification, goal setting, and
    implementation of care plans.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    - Bachelor's or Master's in Social Worker
    -Has an understanding of clinical settings and the ability to understand the patient population and mitigate deficits
