  • Additional Information: The RN Charge OB/GYN is responsible and accountable for leading and supervising clinical support staff in a designated department. The right candidate must work collaboratively with clinicians, administrative staff, and the other center charge nurses to provide safe, high quality, effective and efficient medical care. The RN Charge Nurse OBGYN provides high quality, evidence-based care across the life span to enhance patient safety, reduce adverse events, impact, and improve patient satisfaction, support and promote optimal health status, track admissions and readmissions, and manage costs within and among diverse and complex populations.

    Essential Functions:
    Day to day supervision and leadership of clinical support staff: Medical Assistants, LPN's, and Community Health Workers. Work in collaboration with clinicians, administrative staff, and other center charge nurses to provide safe, high quality, effective and efficient medical care.
