    - $150k-180K
    - Competitive Base Salary Plus Annual Bonus

  • Additional Information:
    The Chief of Behavioral Health improves the health status of our market's medically underserved population by providing superior quality, competitive value and outstanding service and care in Behavioral Health. It is the Chief of Behavioral Health's responsibility to expand our currently robust Behavioral Health program offerings in conjunction with our integrated Primary Care Medical Home Model.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    - Doctorate in Psychology or Doctor of Psychiatry, Master's Degree in a related field from an accredited college or university is required.
    - 3+ years of working experience in a director or management role in Behavioral Health services.
    - Minimum of 5 years in providing direct evaluation, treatment, and consultation services.
    - Experience working within a FQHC with a robust Behavioral Health service line
    - Clear and active Florida license and DEA
    - EMR Proficiency
    - Knowledge of planning, developing, implementing, and coordinating Behavioral Health programs.
