    - $180k-240k
    - Competitive Base Salary Plus Annual Bonus
    - Negotiable Based on Experience

  • Additional Information: The Chief of Dentistry improves the health status of our market's medically underserved population by providing superior quality, competitive value and outstanding service and care in dentistry at BHA. It is the Chief of Dentistry's responsibility to expand our currently robust dental program offerings in conjunction with our integrated Primary Care Medical Home Model.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    - Minimum of 5 years in providing direct evaluation, treatment and consultation services.
    - 3 plus years of working experience in a director or management role in Dentistry.
    - Clear and active Florida License
    - Current BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
    - Communicates effectively and excellent collaboration skills required
    - Capable of effectively preparing of administrative, technical and statistical reports
    - Knowledge of methods and principles of planning, developing, implementing and coordinating Dentistry programs
    - EMR Proficiency
