- Experience-based compensation ranging from $220,000 - $250,000
- $24,000 retention stipend for those who sign with RWJ while completing residency

PRESIGED COOPERMAN BARNABAS MEDICAL CENTER:
- Home to the McMullen Children's Center, with nearly 30 pediatric sub-specialties, a 55-bed level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and a 10-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
- Primary teaching site for Newark Beth Israel Medical Center's pediatric residency program of 1st and 2nd year residents and 3rd and 4th year medical students from Rutgers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work within the Pediatric inpatient unit or PICU
- Inpatient unit employees will work 24-hour shifts
- PICU works 16-hour shifts
- TOTAL 450/hours quarter
