Additional Information: The Family Practice Physician (FPP) will provide comprehensive outpatient care to the Bad River community and serve as a leader within the clinic. This role includes collaborating with other providers and staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and stepping into Medical Director responsibilities when needed. The FPP also acts as a consultant to clinic leadership and Tribal Council while fostering teamwork, professionalism, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver primary & secondary outpatient care
- Collaborate with physicians, FNPs, and health staff
- Supervise RN, FNP, Lab Tech, Pharmacist & Medical Assistant
- Consult with Clinic leadership, Health Board & Tribal Council
- Assume Medical Director duties in their absence
- Coordinate with AODA & Behavioral Health programs
- Promote professionalism, teamwork & positive clinic representation
