A federally qualified health center (FQHC), Azalea Health operates in areas designated as Health Professional Shortage Areas and or Medically Underserved Areas or Populations.
Most AZALEA HEALTH physicians are Board Certified or board elegible in Family Practice, Internal Medicine and/or Pediatrics.
