Job Description

  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM and no weekends!
  • Employed

  • Average patients seen: 18-20ppd for 8 hour shifts
  • Call Schedule: Phone call only, about once a month

  • Compensation: Annual salary is negotiable depending on experience with a potential range of $200,000-$240,000. This is dependent on hours worked and productivity.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    -Provide quality care with the number of patients seen per day of 18-20, offering telehealth to our distanced community, mitigating high no-now show rates or reschedules
    -You will play a critical role within our community, providing not only primary care services but also preventive care.
    -With our given population, you will witness growth within our community and limit complex cases from advancing, keeping our community healthy and limiting their need for emergency or hospital-based resources

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    -All FM providers must be able to see patients within the full lifespan (birth to adult)
