Job Description

Hours: 10 hour shifts 4 days per week; Monday - Friday

Loan Repayment
Sign-On Bonus : $10,000
Relocation Assistance Available
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience. $10,000 provided for relocation/sign-on bonus.

Additional Information:
The CMO will:
- Supervise clinical programs, exercising functional and technical supervision over assigned professional staff.
- Direct the Quality Assurance Program and develop clinic policies and procedures.
- Provide direct patient care.
- Work as part of the core management team.

Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a physician in a primary care setting
- MD/DO/ND all accepted
