Job Description

  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

  • Compensation: Base Salary up to $325,000 plus productivity bonus and Director stipend
  • Benefits: - Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) coverage - malpractice insurance
    - Employer paid premium for group life, short and long term disability
    - Coverage begins day 1 of employment
    - $200 bi-weekly wellness credit
    - Employer pays 100% for employee only coverage HDHP medical coverage
    - Employer contribution for HSA up to $1500 annually for employer only, $3000 annually for employee+family
    - Renewal fees for state licensure and DEA
    - 80 hours holiday pay
    - 160 hours (4 weeks) vacation time accrued biweekly

  • Additional Information:
    - Provide clinical leadership to 4 Center for Women locations: Casa Grande, Chandler, Maricopa, and Mesa
    - Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
    - 60% clinical, 40% admin split
    - Will have same requirements and duties as physicians

    QUALIFICATIONS

    KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
    - 2-5 Years experience in medicine, preferably in a group setting
    - Able to work effectively with and as a team player
    - Ability to suggest and write policies and procedures specific to the OB/GYN department
    - Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints
    - Spanish speaking preferred

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
    - AZ license
    - Experience as a Chief of Obstetrics or Chief of Medical Staff
    - Experience supervising, planning, assigning, and directing work of OB/GYN Providers and support staff
