Additional Information: This position provides dental care to patients of Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center; promotes positive patient relations and participates in quality assurance/improvement activities.
In this role you will:
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic dental problems
- Provide chronic disease management
- Provide preventive dental care and dental education
- Provide referral assistance to specialty dental services
- Understand and follow infection control procedures
- Accurately chart treatment to be completed and/or completed treatment
- Make accurate chart notes in Dentrix including the next visit and time needed
Qualifications:
- 2 years post-graduate experience
- Alaska license
- Must possess and maintain BLS certification
- Bilingual preferred
