Full-scope social work
Coordinate the care of multi-issue clients and intervention with their families.
Coordinate with social services personnel to address the complex needs of individuals
Provide behavioral health screens and primary care behavioral health for patients.

QUALIFICATIONS:
WA license
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
