FMCS provides a medical home for children and adults in our care. We provide individual, family, and group therapy services to the surrounding areas of Washington, DC, and Maryland. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Conduct intake/initial assessment and comprehensive evaluation, including initial treatment plan with the client's input and approval
Assist in developing a time-focused integrated treatment plan for all clients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary treatment team
Maintain current documentation on all client and collateral contacts

QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's level degree
LGSW licensure
DC licensure (Candidates with both MD and DC licenses are highly regarded)
SUD certification preferred but not required
