Responsible for providing evidenced-based behavioral healthcare assessment and clinical services to patients for a variety of emotional and psychiatric problems

As part of an integrated behavioral health and primary care practice you will:
provide initial patient evaluations;
triage assessments;
crisis intervention management;
brief individual and group counseling;
skills training;
care coordination;
case management;
resource management
advocacy and follow-up;
Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences;
work with primary care providers and assist with program development;

Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work or marriage and family therapy
Licensed in CA as an ASW or AMFT
OR
Licensed in CA as LCSW or LMFT
2 years of progressively responsible experience in mental health services.
Current CPR/BLS certification required
Spanish Bilingual a plus
