Oversee our Men's services such as 30-Day, 90-Day Residential, Recovery Housing, and Bridge Houses.
Responsible for the operational success of the Santa Fe Recovery Center's overall programs and programmatic strategy serving men in Santa Fe and throughout the state and region.
Manage a growing staff and increase the impact of services and Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs) specifically designed for women and their children in recovery and beyond.
Ensure seamless team management and development, program delivery, and quality control and evaluation.


Qualifications:
Minimum of a BA/BS required. Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field preferred
NM license
At least 10 years of experience working in a Manager and Director position
