Monday - Friday 8 AM - 6 PM | 10-Hour Shifts Available | Minimum of 32 Hours

Compensation:

$83,200 to $108,160 annual salary depending on experience

Additional Info:
The successful candidate has the following: Master's degree in Social Work from a university accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, and possession of a current Clinical Social Worker license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
Familiarity with integrated behavioral health models within a community healthcare system; experience practicing in such a setting preferred.
Experience in shortterm, evidence-based, solution-focused counseling; creation of treatment plans; psychosocial assessment; individual therapy; group therapy; cognitive-behavioral therapy; motivational interviewing; trauma-informed care; and crisis intervention.
Knowledge of psychiatric, psychosocial, ethical, legal and privacy issues; substance misuse/abuse and chemical dependency assessment and treatment; understanding of current insurance benefits and restrictions in the area of mental health; knowledgeable of DSMV; and treatment issues concerning adolescents and minors
