A Float Position, will be rotating across our sites in Riverside and San Bernardino counties
Must have LCSW certification from the State of California
Responsible for providing individuals, families, and groups with the psychosocial support needed to cope with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses.
PEDIATRIC POPULATIONS OF FOCUS:
Children experiencing homelessness.
Children who are high utilizers.
Children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) or
identified to be at Clinical High Risk (CHR) for Psychosis or
experiencing a first episode of Psychosis.
Children enrolled in California Children's Services (CCS) / CCS
Whole Child Model (WCM) with additional needs beyond the
CCS qualifying condition.
Children involved in, or with a history of involvement in, child
welfare (including foster care up to age 26).
Children transitioning from incarceration.
