Join The Jewish Board's Youth ACT Team and help transform the lives of young people ages 10 21 with significant behavioral health needs.
You'll work on a multidisciplinary team delivering family driven, youth-guided services that support stability, wellness, and successful reintegration into home and community.
In this community based role, you'll provide individualized therapy, family support, crisis intervention, safety planning, and care coordination directly in homes and neighborhoods. You'll collaborate with schools, hospitals, managed care plans, and other partners to ensure youth receive timely, culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. You'll also participate in daily team meetings, complete documentation, and monitor progress toward meaningful goals.
