DETAILS:
Provide intensive individual psychotherapy with adult and adolescent patients, ages 16 and older
Participate in the intake process and the evaluation of problems presented in the making of treatment plans
Prepares psychosocial assessments with particular emphasis upon psychosocial factors affecting the patient's ability to appropriately utilize medical care
Participate directly in individual therapy as well as limited group therapy for adolescents and adults

QUALIFICATIONS:
CA license REQUIRED
Experience in Community Health PREFERRED
