Compensation is negotiable and based on experience, ranging from $78,000-$94,000.
Willing to compensate experienced providers based on credentials and the ability to supervise team members
Production incentives are available to those that embody a strong work ethic and provide care within the community

Under general supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, the Manager of Behavioral Health will oversee the daily management and operations of the Behavioral Health Program by providing administrative and clinical leadership.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develops, supervises, and participates in clinical training for License-eligible Clinical Social Workers (LCSW -E) employees
Collaborates with the behavioral healthcare team to develop clinical and operational policies, procedures, and protocols related to an LCSW supervision program
Develops documentation standards for supervisees/supervisors
Maintains regular training schedules for supervisees’ that promote the behavioral health services
Ensures care being provided is consistent with an integrated and collaborative model of care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's Degree
Licensed in VA
