Compensation is negotiable and based on experience, ranging from $65,000-$80,000.
Willing to compensate experienced providers based on credentials and the ability to supervise team members

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reviews medical, educational, and psychological information to form behavioral and cognitive interventions
Implements behavioral health plan with patient and PCP to bring about holistic success
Identifies patients with a diagnosis of major depressive disorder who have not demonstrated improvement in their PHQ-9 scores and works to enroll them in the Collaborative Care program
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree
Will accept new grads
Licensed in VA
