The Behavioral Health Group Counselor provides outpatient therapeutic counseling to individuals, families, and groups as part of a multidisciplinary care team, focusing on general mental health. Requires a Master's in Clinical Social Work, Counseling, or related field, plus active AZBBHE licensure (LMSW, LAC, LAMFT, or LASAC); independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LISAC) preferred. Strongly prefers 3 years' experience in mental health/substance abuse with diverse and underserved populations. Bilingual Spanish preferred; fluency test required.
