Provides behavioral health services for student patients, their parents and/or legal guardians.
Assesses patients with mental health and/or psychological issues, creates care plans, and manages care plans with a care team of primary care providers.
Conducts student/patient intakes, focused on diagnostic and functional evaluation, makes appropriate mental health treatment recommendations to the primary care providers, and establishes positive rapport with patients.

Required Training & Experience:
Must possess a current CPR certification.
Must be licensed as an LMSW or LPC
CAADC is preferred but not necessary.
