Join NSHC's Behavioral Health team to provide remote substance use and mental health treatment for ASAM Levels 1.02.5. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, referrals, and coordination of care. Maintain a modest caseload and collaborate with clients, internal teams, and outside agencies.

Requires a master's in social work or related field, 12 years of experience, and license eligibility in Alaska within 2 years. Preferred: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or CDC II.
