The Behavioral Health Counselors provide individual, family, and/or group counseling, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, case management, and discharge planning:

Document services provided and communicate with client and care team as needed.
Assess and triage individuals in crisis.
Provide short-term counseling.
Prepare documents for referrals if needed.
