The Licensed Clinical Social Worker is responsible for ensuring that the medically related emotional and social needs of EUI's patients are met and maintained on an individual basis in accordance with policies and procedures, and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

REQUIRED:
Master's Degree in social work from an accredited school
Licensed in the State of Florida
Two years of supervisory social work experience in a community health care setting, working directly with individuals
Must be able to function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and support agencies.
Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people within the community
Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Education needs to come from an accredited school/educational college/ institution.
