DETAILS:
Split role between two of our LA-based sites (2 days at one site, 3 days at another based on community needs)
Identifies, triages, and manages patients with mental health and behavioral health conditions in a primary care model working with a team of primary care physicians and mid-level providers
Assists primary health care providers in recognizing and treating mental disorders and psychosocial problems
Background/training in crisis work or solution-focused therapy, brief focused
interventions, or other timelimited therapy preferred
EMR: NexGen

QUALIFICATIONS:
CA License REQUIRED
