Loan repayment through the state

Act as an advocate and help clients gain access to community-based resources and counsel patients on a 1:1 basis regarding their personal issues, such as mental illness, trauma, addiction, and abuse.
Provides 1:1 psychosocial counseling for MCHC patients (adults and children).
Develops and implements a comprehensive, interdisciplinary case management plan of care that includes patient preferences. Establishes a plan for regular contact with each patient to review progress and assess the potential for additional needs.

Qualifications:
LCSW or Clinical Licensed Psychologist licensure
3 years of experience as an LCSW/Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Act 33 / 34 Child Clearances, Act 73 FBI clearance
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Position Requirements:
Experience working with patients who have suffered from trauma, abuse, and chemical dependency
Experience working with the healthcare needs of underserved populations
