Under the direction of the Integrated Behavioral Health Services (IBHS)/Social Services Director, the Licensed Clinical Psychologist conducts psychosocial assessments in English and/or Spanish, crisis interventions, consultations, educational trainings, and referrals to appropriate community resources. As an essential member of our patient and family centered care team, the Licensed Clinical Psychologist provides shortterm treatment, helps develop, nurture and sustain community resources as well as plans and implements strategies to improve the overall health and well-being of our patients and families. This role also trains providers and staff on evidence-based co-occurring disorder treatment practices. As an active member of the IBHS team, this role contributes to team goal setting, participates in case conferencing, and follows-up in a timely manner, acts as a consultant to medical providers, their support staff, and other departments.
