Provides assistance in quality assurance and implementation of program standards, policy, and protocol development

Support staff includes Social Workers, RNs, and Occupational Therapists

Review, monitor, and coordinate psychiatry staffing schedules to ensure adequate and consistent psychiatrist coverage.
Functions as a lead and resource for physician peers.
Supports peers and collaborates with other discipline leaders to manage patient flow
Collaborates with leaders of other disciplines to develop and support quality and process improvement projects
Assist with administrative functions in support of the department medical director, chief, or chair.
