Additional Info:
Psychiatrist MD to work alongside our team of Family Medicine and Internal Medicine providers for assessment and medication co-management at busy primary care practice.
Adolescent and Adult care, primarily ages 14-65

Required to have state license
Must be willing to participate in insurance plans at WFM and work with Psychiatric NP/PAs
The location will be in person or remote (per provider preference) and will involve 4 patients per hour for medication co-management/chart review.
