Full medical, dental, and vision insurance, free of any monthly premium charge for the employee. Paid leave includes 5 weeks paid vacation, 11 holidays, 5 paid sick days, and 5 days for CME with $4,500 allowance. Loan repayment options via NHSC and SLRP. 403(b) or 457(b) retirement plans. Relocation up to $5,000 for in state and $7,500 out of state. Licensure/DEA reimbursement along with full malpractice insurance with tail coverage.

Provides comprehensive psychological care, including assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and psychotherapy for adolescents through geriatrics. Manages cases involving emotional, behavioral, developmental, and mental health disorders; performs crisis intervention; and administers psychological testing. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, involves families in care plans, and maintains thorough, policycompliant documentation. Supervises departmental staff, supports quality and safety initiatives, and participates in research and professional development. Upholds ethical standards, confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and a positive professional presence while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
