As a psychiatrist in our organization, you will be responsible primarily for medication management
New patient appointments are 1 hour, hospital discharge appointments, 40 minutes, and follow-up appointments 20 minutes.
20 patients seen per 8-hour shift
Therapists and Psych NPs onsite for additional support

QUALIFICATIONS:
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, strong working knowledge of DSM-V.
Strong working knowledge of current medications and their side effects
Must have Kansas and Missouri licenses because there will be some expansion to KS (licensing assistance provided)
