Compensation is negotiable and will be determined based on experience, through the interview process, especially dependent on supervisory responsibilities

Seeking a Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team in a role that balances clinical excellence with leadership.

DETAILS:
Conduct online psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients to determine
appropriate treatment plans

Supervision: Oversee and mentor a dedicated team of therapists and psychiatric NPs, offering guidance, support, and clinical supervision to ensure high standards of care and professional development.

Clinical and Administrative Duties: Maintain a 50/50 balance between direct patient care and administrative responsibilities, including contributing to policy development, quality improvement initiatives, and team meetings.

Hybrid Flexibility: Allowing for telehealth and the ability to work from home 2-3 days per week.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans and address complex patient needs
