Compensation is based on experience and is also determined to be alignment with the National Association of Community Health Centers. Annual compensation up to $250,000 annually

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide face-to-face care, Focused care on general psychiatry and medication management with particular focus on individuals with ASD/IDD across the lifespan with a focus on children/adolescents
Integrated support is available through our primary care team as well as caregiver and guardian support systems, to collaborate and ensure proper care is being administered
Focusing on patient and quality assurance
Teaching & preceptorship opportunities available

QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated training and comfort in providing care to a child & adolescent patient panel
Experience with IDD and the autistic community is preferred and will provide greater support in this role
Understanding of the community being served
The ideal candidate has ties or familiarity with NY and can provide reasonable transportation to the Long Island area, however, we will consider all viable candidates
