REQUIRED:
Must maintain continuing medical education requirements for licensure
Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree with a valid license to practice psychiatry in the State of California
Must be Board Certified or Board eligible in the field of psychiatry
Must also have a current DEA certificate
Must have American Heart Association BLS Certification
EMR proficiency: NextGen
