DETAILS:
Fully remote position
Provide individual counseling sessions, review productivity, review paperwork, promote behavioral health services to the community and collaborate with human service providers for integrated services
Patients are scheduled 90 days in advance
Provider will be responsible for medication management and assessment
**PT/FT Opportunity to work as an independent contractor also available, 1099 available**
